Wow...these episodes just keep getting tighter and tighter with the lighting, editing, effects, music, and story improvements.  Very well done.

It also left me with an unintended chuckle.  I'll never be able to think of a certain Jay Ward cartoon again and hear in my head,

"Vee must git cow and sqwirrweel".

The obvious question from all of us is, of course, when's the release?

Terrific job, folks!

James just showed me the newest cut of the teaser (and the rest of the episode) this evening at Dragon*Con and all I can say is WOW. The potential in Joel Bellucci's rough animatic visual effects in the earlier cuts has been more than realized in the teaser.

The folks here in Atlanta are due for a treat!

Best,
/carlos

OMG! I'm itching to see what's next.....I liked when Andy called the Enterprise a..Cow? or he did he say moose? It's chekov's humor for sure in there and Kirk saying to Chekov,Don't ever call the enterprise a whalling moose ever again! and then chekov with this confused look on his face like huh? A moose? Grin
I hope this is released soon,
Thanks James what a great surprise! Hooray Hooray Hooray

THANKS!
Very nice gift. Stayed up especially to see (what the gift was), downloaded it, watched it then passed out, hehe.

An opening that is highly reflective of these times in world events, who could have forseen that? It's in keeping with a fine Star Trek tradition (ironically, it was the Russian that saved the day).

Looking forward to the whole episode.
